On September 14, Singapore Global Network kicked off its week-long Creative X Fest with a masterclass featuring San Francisco-based Singaporean Chef Emily Lim and renowned global Chef Martin Yan. An opportunity to learn how to re-create three Cali-Singaporean fusion dishes, the cooking show highlighted Asia’s unique culinary culture that drives both chefs’ passion and inspiration.
